Santander Bank have opened a new telephone line to support customers adversely effected by the Coronavirus outbreak in the UK. The Santander Coronavirus helpline can be reached on 0800 01 56 382. This is a helpline that customers can ring if they find themselves in financial difficulty as a direct result of the pandemic.
For example if you are unable to meet a mortgage payment as a result of a decline in business related to the Coronavirus you can ring this helpline to outline your new circumstances. Santander will work with you to make a new payment timeline.
