Military Mental Health Helpline: 0800 323 4444

Phone the Military Mental Health Helpline, run by Combat Stress, on 0800 323 4444 for mental health support and advice on accessing services. This helpline was launched by the MOD in February 2020 to support active military service men and women. It is manned by the military mental health charity Combat Stress.

The Military Mental Health Helpline is open 24 hours, seven days a week. The phone line is there for personnel who are suffering any type of mental health crisis. For example if you are experiencing the effects of combat stress or PTSD then you might phone the line for immediate support and advice on accessing further support channels. This support line can also be used by servicemen and women who find they are struggling to deal with their civilian lives.
