This question, when translated, is: how do I phone the Bank of China customer service team from abroad? In fact we learn from the Bank of China website that the general Bank of China phone number for callers within China is 95566. This number can be used to connect with the customer service team in major Chinese cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chonqing and Shenzhen.
To call this number from outside China you will need to dial +86(area code 区号) 95566.
So if trying to phone the Bank of China in Beijing from aroad you will need to dial +86 10 95566. If you are trying to call Tianjin the number to dial will be +86 022 95566.
