This telephone number is being used by scammers to target potential victims. You can avoid falling foul of this scam by not answering the phone to the number +676 9990516 and not calling it back.
The scammers will usually do a one ring call and the hang up. Anyone who phones the number back will be connected to a premium-rate phone live which will rack up huge phone charges on their phone bill. The Twitter user below details attempts by scammers to trick him.
