The telephone number +263 7 87828937 is a scam number that is being employed by scammers to try and trick you into connecting with a premium-rate number.
The tactic they use is called Wangiri, which is a Japanese word meaning one-cut. The scammers call a mobile number and just let it ring once and then cut off. This is in the hope that the victim will phone back. Anyone who does call back will be connected to an international premium rate phone line.
