This number, which may appear on your phone as +44 7947 420680 is being used as part of a scam targeting O2 customers.
Recipients are warned that O2 were unable to process a recent bill. As such they are guided to visit a site called O2.uk.5g02inv.com to update their payment details. This is, of course, not the real O2 website.

What is the website that the scammers are linking to?
The link O2.uk.5g02inv.com is actually part of a domain called 5g02inv.com, which was registered on the 7th October 2020.
The O2.uk. part of the link is part of a subdomain the scammers have used to make the site look more like it is actually owned by O2. The actual domain is 5g02inv.com, the subdomain O2.uk. added at the start is just a folder used to keep files on the server. It is likely that these are files are for a page designed to replicate the real O2 site. Therefore anyone who clicks the link provided on the original text will be taken to a page which looks just like the O2 website, thus making them feel more confident about inputting personal and bank details.
Below we see that the website 5gO2inv.com is hosted in Russia and was only registered on the 8th of September 2020.
