The telephone number 07520 673758 is being used as part of a scam. It is targeting HSBC bank account holders. The message suggests that there has been a recent payment to AliExpress for a total of 25.99 that was declined.
Unlike typical HSBC Scams this message does not include a link to click on. The receiver is merely asked to reply Y if the payment of 25.99 was from them, or N if not. We can only assume that any communication would be followed up my a malicious link, which would be used for the purposes of fraud. It is better not to interact with this message in any way. If you would like to report it then take a screenshot and notify HSBC@phishing.co.uk. Otherwise just delete the message and block the number.
