Knowsley Council in Merseyside have set up a Coronavirus Helpline for residents in self-isolation to seek help and support. This support might be anything from delivering groceries to emotional support over the phone for people who are struggling to adapt to their new circumstances. 

Businesses in the Knowsley area can also use the Knowsley Coronavirus helpline number if they are struggling as a result of the outbreak. It is also the correct number to call for people looking to volunteer in Knowsley during this difficult time.

This phone line covers residents of Cronton, Halewood, Huyton, Kirkby, Knowsley Village, Prescot and Whiston. Lines are open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and 10-2 at the weekends.
