The FIFA football museum, established on the 28th of February 2016, is less than an hours walk from the FIFA World Football Headquarters in Zurich. The museum displays memorabilia from every World Cup since the inaugural competition in 1930, including a replica of the original Jules Rimet World Cup trophy. The original was given permanently to Brazil after they won their third World Cup in 1970.

There are also displays celebrating the football careers and lives of individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to world football. In March 2015 the Museum had special screenings of  ‘George Best – All By Himself, a documentary about the silky Northern Irish player.

Adult visitors to the Museum can also enjoy a drink in the FIFA Sports Bar Zurich. Alongside the Bistro and the cafe the Sportsbar 1904 is a popular choice for refreshments during your tour.
