Speaking exams take place in the Ibis hotel near Delhi Airport. The British Council also hold CD IELTS exams in the Regus Hotel near Nehru Place Metro Station Delhi. Computer Delivered IELTS testing offers the opportunity for candidates to do all four components of the test on the same day at the same venue. The speaking test will be done with a speaking examiner, but the writing, reading and listening will be done on a computer.
