If you are currently residing in Libya then you can phone this outreach number to get support in applications for asylum. It can also be used to get information on refugee status and legal supports. It is a free-to-call phone number that is manned by members of the UNHCR.
Members of the call centre team provide support in English or Arabic. They are also looking to extend their support service to cover speakers of Tigrinya, Amharic, and Somali.
