Pay as you go

Tesco Mobile customers on Pay as you go packages will only need to use two numbers: the general customer care line can be used for information, top ups and technical advice;  and the sales number, which can be used for returns, to chase an order, or to order a new phone.

Be aware that all calls to Tesco customer care cost 20p.

Tesco pay as you go customers can also top up their phones by calling 4444. To top up by this method you will need to go to a shop to buy a top up voucher of a minimum of 10 pounds, you can then dial the number and press. To top you will then need to type in the voucher number and press the * key. When you have topped up you will then be given your new credit balance.



Pay Monthly

The customer care number for Pay as you go customers can also be used for Pay monthly customers.
