Register for a Sky Go+ account on the register page of the Shell website: Shell Go+ Register.
An alternative method to join is by downloading an app on your smartphone. When you register you will be sent a Shell Go+ card and key fob, with your unique membership number.
Customers can phone 0800 731 8888 for enquiries about collecting Shell Go+ points, how to redeem them, and information on participating stations.
You can also use the Shell Go plus phone number to report a lost Shell Go+ card or fob. In addition the the 0800 helpline can be used to get technical support for those having difficulties using the app or resetting the digital Shell Go+ barcode. Another reason to call may be to find out more about the Shell Go+ carbon neutral pledge. Shell make carbon offsets on fuel bought by customers that are members of the Shell Go+ reward scheme. Customers also accumulate points which they can swap for discounts on fuel and food bought at Shell petrol stations.
