What Claims can I make to the PIAB Ireland?
The PIAB are a state body that make assessments of personal injury claims. In 2019 70% of claims were motor liability claims and of these 2/3rds were related to whiplash sustained in a car accident. The other third of claims were either public liability or employer’s liability.
