Contact the O2 Pay monthly team over the phone by calling 202 from your O2 mobile or 0344 809 0202 from a landline telephone. Press 1 for urgent issues for example if you have lost a device or suspect fraud.
Most general enquiries can be directed to the O2 customer service telephone line. If you are phoning from a phone with an O2 Pay monthly contract then just dial 202, the same team can be reached from a landline telephone on 0344 8090202 or +44 344 809 0202 if calling from abroad.
These lines open at 8am 7 days a week and close at 9pm Monday to Friday, 8pm on Saturdays and 6pm on a Sunday.
Avoid expensive roaming charges by informing O2 that you are going abroad by texting O2TRAVEL to 23336 before you travel. You will then be given a set amount of data, text and phone calls for which you will be charged a fee fixed depending on the country you are travelling to. Visually impaired or disabled O2 customers can get assistance with using their phones and managing their payments in the form of regular bills printed in braille sent to their home or they can choose to nominate a friend or family member who can manage their account for them. British Sign Language users can benefit from O2‘s sign language interpreting service called SignVideo, which you can use providing you have a webcam.
