O2 also offer special packages for customers who use their phone for business, to contact the customer service department call 0800 028 0202 from a landline or 8002 from a O2 mobile phone.
Customer Service
O2 business customer service phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 8 in the morning to 8 at in the evening, at the weekend between 9 and 5pm and 10 till 4 on bank holidays. Users are able to access detailed billing reports through the account manager service which is awailable to all business users. All calls to O2 customer service are free including from a landline and even if you are calling from abroad, in which case the number you need is +44 844 908 0202. You can also download an app which will help you manage your business calls directly from your phone, keep track of charges, schedule meetings and update your business details. To register for this service you will need to call the customer service department from your mobile, verify your details and then a code will be sent to your phone.
Voicemail
The voicemail for all O2 customers is 901, this service can be turned off by calling 1760. To return a call while or after you listen to it just press 5, or press 9 to reply by text. Business customers can set a unique voicemail message for their business by phoning 901 then pressing *, option 3, and following the prompts.
Complaints
The complaints number for O2 business users is 8002, 0800 977 7337 from a landline or +44 844 908 0200 from abroad. These lines are open from 8-8 Monday to Friday and 9-5 on weekends. If you don’t think your complaint has been dealt with adequately then you can take it further by emailing the complaints review service at complaintreviewservice@o2.com
Travel
Customers are charged £1.66 for each day the call, send texts, or use data when abroad, if they notify O2 before they travel by texting TRAVEL to 23336. For this they are provided with 120 minutes worth of calls and 120 texts per day. This deal applies to a number of countries which are listed ion the O2 website. To opt out of this service contact the customer service team on 8002.
