More Than were launched in 2001 with the slogan ‘Don’t accept less than More Than,’ reflecting RSA’s desire that the customer service reps in their new company go the extra mile to meet customer needs. In order to achieve this More Than focus on ensuring their telephone customer service teams are well-trained and not reading off a script. Therefore you can expect any customer service experience with More Than to be with a member of staff who takes an interest in your insurance needs and has an extensive knowledge of their field.
The company still haven’t lost sight of their second aim: to make insurance more fun. To this end they have launched a number of publicity campaigns that are at odds with the rather stiff advertising of their rival companies. A good example of this was the K9 London bus tour – designed for dogs.
