This number is for existing customers to make changes to their account, enquire about payments, and notify More Than of a change in circumstances for example if you have recently moved address or you are selling your car. Customers with a More Than account can also make these changes online on the More Than website. When you phone this number you will be greeted with three automated options:
- To talk about a claim press 1
- To talk about a policy you already have press 2
- To get a quote press 3
You will then. be given two more options: press 1 to renew or press 2. If you press 2 you will be connected with a customer service representative with whom you can discuss the details of your account. Be sure to have your policy number with you when you make the call as you will be asked to enter the number, excluding any letters.

More Than Complaints
Customers are given a sales and service number in their policy document, phone this number as the first step in the More Than car insurance complaints process. If you are not satisfied that your complaint has been resolved at this first stage you will be invited to escalate by taking it up with the Customer Relations Team. They are obliged to respond in writing within 8 weeks of receiving the complaint.
