Kuwait Towers is a monument situated on the coast road. It is made up of three towers, two of which have spheres for holding water. The Horizons Restaurant is located in the higher of the two spheres that are part of the tallest of the three towers that make up the Kuwait Towers monument. Unlike the other two spheres which are used to store water, the higher sphere on the tallest tower is used for tourism. It has two floors each of which has a restaurant, and also a viewing area from which visitors can enjoy a view of the Arabian Sea.
