Customer Service
The Customer contact centre is a telephone line for customers to get pre-flight information. The number is 0371 700 2000 and can be used to find out information about a flight, change seating arrangements, check baggage allowance, cancellations, or make any other pre-flight enquiries. Technical Support
The technical support team are there to assist customers experiencing difficulties with online flight bookings, they can be contacted on: 03301 230 381. If you are having problems adding passenger details, have made a mistake with a booking or are having trouble checking in online then this call this number.

Special Assistance

Flybe operate a credit card which rewards customer with bonus return flights and other benefits for use of the card over £4000. Codeshare Partners
Flybe have 11 codeshare partners in total. The most recent was finalised with Singapore Airlines in November 2016, this relationship allows Flybe customers flying from regional UK airports to connect with long haul flights to the Far East via Dusseldorf or Paris CDG on just one ticket. A similiar arrangement exists with Virgin Airlines, connecting Flybe customers travelling on Flybe flights from UK airports such as Manchester, Glasgow and Gatwick with Virgin flights to the US and the Caribbean.
