If DHL are unable to deliver your parcel they will leave a yellow slip with details of how you can arrange your re-delivery. Options include collecting from a delivery point, or redelivery. In either case you will need to phone the DHL redelivery number on 02476 937770. Note your card will have a 7-digit unique number and a barcode that you can use to help identify your parcel when you phone the team.
