The ASUN-WAC is a new intercollegiate Athletics league featuring teams from that combines teams from ASUN Conference and the Western Athletic Conference. The 2023 football program will be feature teams from 9 teams from states including: Alabama, Arkansas, Texas, Tennessessee, and Utah. However, the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley is expected to join in 2024.
