In line with COMREG regulations the Road Safety Authority of Ireland has introduced a new 0818 phone number for the National Driver License Service. from the 1st of January 2022 contact the team by phone using the number 0818 700 800.

lines to this number are open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

The new 0818 700 800 number can be used for Driver License enquiries in Ireland. For example you can book an appointment at a NDLS centre to make a renewal on your license.
