@O2 I’ve just been informed that my next bill has a premium text on it that I had no idea about and I’ve just checked. I’ve had two texts from 65333 that I didn’t request and both have charged £3.75. Clearly a scam. What can I do? pic.twitter.com/8S84wjPnmb

The 65333 texts relate to offers on short breaks provided by a company called valuestay. They also provide a contact email help@valuestay.mobi
In a recent complaint to O2 on Twitter, they were most unhelpful. In fact O2 did not discuss providing a refund themselves for this fault. Instead they suggested that their own O2 customer should contact the company who sent the expensive texts from 64333. The number they provided to do this was 03333137900.
