This is followed by a link to a scam website which is clearly not the real 02 one. The aim of this scam is to fool O2 customers into believing that this is the real O2 website. However, anyone that does input their bank details will only be supplying their bank details to scammers hoping to take advantage.
Instead of clicking on the link you should report to your service provider.
