The phone number 07740 963163 is being used in the UK to make numerous calls to UK citizens attempting to convince them to purchase financial products. This harassment was brought up by a Twitter user on the 1st of October 2020.
It is part of a network of mobile numbers that are being used in this campaign. If you receive a phone call from the number 07440963163 you should not answer the phone. Block the number.
