The telephone number 02039238873 is being used by scammers as part of a HMRC phishing scam. Do not phone it.
I have received a call from this telling me to pay tax or will be going to court and all my bank accounts will be suspended.
I just googled their number and found it’s scam and told them you are scam.

What should I do if I am contacted by the number 02039238873
If you receive a text or a phone call from this number you should not phone the number or contact by text. Instead you should report it by forwarding the details to HMRC at the email address: phishing@hmrc.gov.uk
The HMRC team who deal with phishing scams will investigate.
