The Gentleman below was contacted on the number 01332 872 770 by scammers pretending to represent HMRC. Fortunately he was wise to it and he did not give away any of his personal details.

Generally speaking HMRC do not phone people up, and if you receive a phone call from someone saying they are calling from HMRC you should be suspicious.
