From 1st of January 2022 the contact number for the Transport for Ireland Leap Card customer service centre is changing to 0818 824 824.
Note than when you call the help desk you will be asked to verify your Leap Card number.

If you have any issues regarding your balance or topping up your Leap Card then contact the customer care centre on 0818 824 824. For example you can phone this number if you experience difficulties topping up via the app then. The number can also be used to seek assistance if you believe you have been overcharged, or have topped up but the new balance hasn’t appeared on your Leap Card account.
Leap Card ticket upload support – 0818 824 824
If you experience uploading a recently purchased ticket onto your Leap card app then phone the Leap card support number. For example if you have purchased a Bus Eireann ticket that won’t load onto your account then seek help by calling the Leap Card help desk number 0818 824 824.
