What happens if my Fuel Bank Voucher application is successful?
When you phone the Fuel Bank Helpline number to apply you can request further communication sent to you by email, text or mail. If your application is successful you will be sent a communication containing your Fuel Bank Voucher code.
Take your code and a form of ID to a shop that has PayPoint, or Post Office with Payzone. They will then help you top up your gas or electricity keys using the funds released by the code.
